Well well well, Adelaide United have served up raw prawns and under cooked turkey this festive season, the Champions have been embarrassed and humiliated on Boxing day or as REDS fans can now call it Punch drunk beaten up United day. What a performance by Amor’s men as they got destroyed 4 zip in front of 11,800 fans now demanding their money back and 90 minutes back.

Amor didn’t think to make any changes from the starting 11 that had lost their last 2 games, he also didn’t think to make a change when they were 2 nil down at home against Sydney FC at home and being carved up like a leg of pork at Christmas lunch. Amor what are you doing mate? see that big green thing out there, maybe make some changes and try something. I mean you are only bottom and getting pumped each week, but hey as you are lads seems to be the message of a disinterested coach already boarded on that plane to Manchester next Year.

The fact that 10 players have not been resigned and locked into contracts next season does not feel me with joy on the management or negotiation skills of this club either, a side being coached by a ghost and players that are not mentally switched on, a team of ghosts floating around more worried about their agents movements for next year than theirs for 90 minutes in a RED shirt.

Focus and effort are dirty words at United this season.

So Adelaide United fans we are the suckers and we are the ones wasting our hard-earned as we watch a side go from bad to worse to embarrassing. Sydney FC are a good side, don’t get me wrong but to come to our house and spank us for four without a sweat or even getting out of 2nd gear is more a reflection on Adelaide than that of Sydney FC.

United need a broom and a heavy handed clean out, the big names need to be dropped and young kids need to be given a chance, effort is needed and egos need to be left at the door.

Adelaide United you served up absolute slop tonight and questions need to be asked, if you don’t want to be there or coach there, then just leave as you are just wasting everyone’s time. Adelaide United got us a crappy pair of socks and jocks this season and I tell you what i want to exchange everything they have served up so far.
